This sunny, detached bungalow is situated on a minor road at the edge of Marloes village.
Easy for the less mobile, there are four steps at front and back doors and small steps into the master-bedroom and conservatory. All floors are hard-surfaced (with rugs) and there are no feathers or pet-hairs, making it ideal for allergy-sufferers.
The master bedroom is ensuite and has a super-kingsize bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has comfortable full-size twin beds with storage and use of the second bathroom. Both bedrooms face out away from the village. Beds are made up with professionally-laundered Egyptian cotton linen, using anti-allergen duvets and pillows. Oil central heating and hot water are included in the price.
The garden is mainly paved and shingled with flower-beds and a lawn. It is totally enclosed so safe for children.
