Glebe Corner – Self Catering Holiday Home in Marloes, Pembrokeshire

This sunny, detached bungalow is situated on a minor road at the edge of Marloes village.

Easy for the less mobile, there are four steps at front and back doors and small steps into the master-bedroom and conservatory. All floors are hard-surfaced (with rugs) and there are no feathers or pet-hairs, making it ideal for allergy-sufferers.

The master bedroom is ensuite and has a super-kingsize bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has comfortable full-size twin beds with storage and use of the second bathroom. Both bedrooms face out away from the village. Beds are made up with professionally-laundered Egyptian cotton linen, using anti-allergen duvets and pillows. Guests are given the choice of thick or thin duvets and firm or soft pillows. Hand and bath towels are supplied. The two bathrooms both have baths with electric showers over.

The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a double electric oven, large gas hob, hob extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave, plus plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The adjoining utility room contains a large fridge-freezer, iron and ironing-board.

The sitting room has two large comfortable sofas, wi-fi hub, TV and DVD/Blu-ray player, portable CD player/digital radio, books, jigsaws and family games. The sunny, south-facing conservatory, which is built on to the outside of the sitting room and faces out away from the village, has two more sofas and a dining-table which will seat six.

Oil central heating and hot water are included in the price.

The garden is mainly paved and shingled with flower-beds and a lawn. It is totally enclosed so safe for children. There is an outdoor bench, table and chairs with parasol, four sun-loungers, a rotary washing-line and a large shed for bike storage. Buckets and spades, fishing-nets and beach mats are stored in the shed, and there is plenty of plastic picnic-ware for the beach.

In front of the house is a parking area for one car, and others can be parked behind it or on the road outside.

A file of local information, tide-tables, bus timetables and maps are supplied, plus plenty of leaflets and information about places to visit.
